How the SuperMedal works
The current series is six races (Berlin joined in 2024). There is no time limit. Confirm the current rules before you treat a medal as guaranteed. superhalfs.com .

Pick a first race
Any of the six counts. Cardiff is the UK SuperHalf if you want to skip a flight. Valencia and Lisbon are the usual PB picks.

Get the bib, then the trip
Several SuperHalfs use a ballot or sell out fast. Open the trip page once entry looks real: indicative cost, where to stay, and getting to the start.

Finish one half in each city
Create a free SuperHalfs account for a SuperPassport number and enter it when you register. The SuperMedal is handed over at the finish of your sixth city.
Which SuperHalf should you do first?
Do not collect them in calendar order just because the list is in calendar order. Prague and Berlin sit on consecutive days, so they cannot be the same year.

- SuperHalfs is a series of six European half marathons: Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff, and Valencia. Finish all six, in any order, and SuperHalfs awards a SuperMedal. You can race any one of them as a standalone city-break half.

- Right now the six are Lisbon Half Marathon, Prague Half Marathon, Berlin Half Marathon, Copenhagen Half Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon, and Valencia Half Marathon. Each has a trip-cost page with where to stay and getting to the start.
- How do you get the SuperHalfs SuperMedal?
- Finish all six SuperHalfs races. There is no time limit on the current six-race series. Register on the official SuperHalfs site and follow their result process. Virtual races do not count.
- Is there a time limit for SuperHalfs?
- The current six-race series (from 2024, when Berlin joined) has no time limit. The older five-race SuperMedal is closed to new starters. Confirm the current rules on superhalfs.com.
- Can you run the Prague and Berlin SuperHalfs in the same year?
- No. They are on consecutive days (Prague Saturday, Berlin Sunday in recent editions). Pick one per year and take the other on a later trip.
- Which SuperHalf is easiest from the UK?
- Cardiff is the easiest trip: no flight, rail from much of Britain. Berlin and Prague are short-haul city breaks. Valencia and Lisbon are the ones people fly for a time. Copenhagen in 2026 is the World Championships weekend, not the usual mass CPH Half.
- What does a SuperHalfs weekend cost from the UK?
